• Dukaan helps to launch an online store in less than 30 seconds. It handles everything from managing products, inventory, marketing, payments, and logistics. Whether a wholesaler or a retailer or a small store owner, can run their whole e-commerce on Dukaan.
• I Joined Dukaan as a Senior frontend engineer in the early stage. At that time there were only two people taking me. I am happy to say that I am part of a team, where I witnessed how it scales from 1000 to 10 millions sellers and 20+ enterprises on its platform. Now it’s over 10 people working in the seller dashboard, where I am leading a team of 4 members. If I talk about major features that I was part i.e.
• 1. Dukaan Plugins that add extra functionality, automate work and customize features. I have built over 40+ plugins. Few of them are Hellobar, Countdown timer, Product ratings & review, mailchimp, etc.
• 2. Dukaan Delivery that fulfills online orders easily and helps businesses automate their shipping operations. They can ship multiple orders with 10+ Courrier partners at a time. Seller and buyer can track their orders. Returns and replacement management dashboard.
• 3. Manage Store & Products features like linking custom domain, Add/Edit new products and prices, Manage products visibility, Manage catalogs (share, add, edit, delete), Product variants (size and color options), Customizable Themes, Rearrange categories.
• 4. Process Orders feature like Accept, reject, or edit orders for stores.
• 5. Review Store Performance features include view and download sales reports by day, week, or month.
