My responsibilities include analyzing, debugging, and testing via API (JSON), as well as evaluating the features and functionality within the dashboard through testing. I diligently monitor platform performance, conduct in-depth analysis of client traffic patterns, and stay vigilant for Network Operations Center (NOC) alerts during periods of irregular behavior. I am proficient in understanding the criticality of issues and delivering initial troubleshooting solutions to clients/customers within the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA).
