  • Employee Engagement activities – Ideating and executing various employee engagement activities month on month. Created an annual employee engagement calendar. Successfully held fun at work, Diwali and Christmas celebrations, CSR activities.
  • Employee grievances – Handled the various grievances employees face including the work, their manager, colleagues etc. Have taken disciplinary actions based on the grievances employees have faced.
  • FNF – Worked on the Full and Final payment of all employees who quit the organization. Extensively worked on HRMS system.
