Responsible for Design & Engineering of CNC Machine Interface, PLC Programming using Ladder Language, Commissioning & Installation of CNC machines at various customers.
Developed a software package using C++ to monitor TOOL CHANGE CYCLE TIME on CNC Machines. This software captures Interfaced signal data’s with respect to Time Domain between Cycle Start to Cycle Off. These signal statuses are displayed on PC monitor in the form of a chart. Success of this Project lead to achievement of Tool Change Time reduction from 10 to 5.5 sec.
Also developed CONVERSATIONAL AUXILLARY USER SCREEN on FANUC CNC MONITOR using Macro language. These screens create Operator Friendly and Menu Driven environment on CNC monitor. Operator can directly edit the Tool & Pocket details of ATC.
