I'm currently a PhD student at the Monash Biomedicine Discovery Institute of Monash University, prior to which I worked as an SRF at IIT Delhi, JRF at NII Delhi, and am an alumnus of IBAB, Bangalore. I was quietly engrossed in the realm of life sciences when structural virology run over me; now my focus lies in protein biochemistry, protein dynamics, virology, drug discovery, & translational research. Beyond my academic pursuits, I'm a hodophile, movie buff, cynophilist, habitual photographer, amateur cook and polyglot.

Structural basis for host-pathogen interaction mediated by DENV EDIII domain:
Involved in protein characterization studies including molecular cloning, protein over-expression and purification, protein crystallization and structural analysis, protein-peptide interactions, and protein engineering of the DENV envelope protein (E protein), in specific, the DIII domain of E protein.
A special focus is to study the dynamics in the interaction of this viral protein with recombinant antibodies, and design novel monobodies & antibody mimetics against DENV envelope protein.
