Ria Kapila is an experienced Product and GTM executive, who most recently was the Head of Product at a B2B post-sales AI/ML SaaS startup (Magnify) backed by Madrona Ventures and Decibel Partners. Before Magnify, Ria held various leadership roles, building and scaling businesses internationally at Microsoft and Amazon in Devices & Software, Enterprise Cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, and Low code-No code Business applications. Ria brings nearly 2 decades of experience incepting, launching, and scaling high-growth, multimillion-dollar businesses, with expertise across Product, Strategy, GTM, Business Development, and International Market Expansion. She has built and grown cross-functional global organizations from the ground up both at big tech companies and startups.
