From exploring the future of sustainable mobility at Fyn Mobility to empowering farmers at BigHaat, and now working on enhancing user experiences at Fi, my journey has been about turning challenges into opportunities through data, technology, and user-first thinking. As a final-year Computer Science undergraduate, I’ve discovered my passion for building products that not only solve problems but also create lasting impact. At Fi, I’m currently focused on crafting seamless user experiences across communications, and lending user journeys— driving engagement and retention in a fast-paced fintech environment. Previously at BigHaat, I worked on decoding user retention strategies, leading feature rollouts, and personalizing the agri-commerce experience for rural users. My stint at Fyn Mobility sharpened my skills in writing PRDs, designing user flows, conducting market/user research, and building solutions aligned with both business goals and user needs. User Flow Documentation: Created comprehensive user flows for both the Fyn fleet app and the Fyn tech platform, mapping out all stages of interaction to improve clarity and enhance the overall user experience.
Ground-Level Profile Creation: Built profiles for operations executives and field recruiters from scratch, standardizing workflows that were previously managed manually. This involved understanding pain points through direct collaboration with different teams and users, leading to a more efficient process.
Pain Point Identification & Feature Proposals: Engaged in conversations with operations executives and field recruiters to identify key challenges and proposed feature enhancements to address these issues. I prioritized the pain points and worked on solutions that would streamline their operations.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Created wireframes for the field recruiters' profile within the app, focusing on improving usability and functionality based on insights gathered during discussions with various stakeholders.
