• An improved algorithm for Ticket Resolution Recommendation based on Deep Learning.
• Methodology:
• 1.Assimilated TF*IDF and Doc2Vec to extract features from text summary.
• 2. Analysed existing model Infosys was using for recommending the resolutions.
• 3. Implemented bias updates, optimized activation function and used Matrices instead of For loops in existing model to train the Deep Neural Network
• Deliverables:
• 1. Wrote the JAVA code from scratch to train the DNN, implementing the methods mentioned above.
• 2. Improved computation time for training the DNN and accuracy of the resolutions.
