There are multiple reasons behind it - 1) It is not easy to setup a good lab with all the infrastructure requirements 2) There is no gold standard when it comes to equipments, software, logistics, consumables etc.
• BioSystems is a subsidiary of SigTuple Technologies. At Truelyser Biosystems, our vision to enable diagnostic providers with a full-stack solution enabling them to set up, run and scale their business with ease. Our full-stack solution includes setting up the diagnostic lab from scratch, required set of diagnostic devices, Cloud-based LIMS (Lab Information Management System) with device interfacing, consumables, logistics and trained manpower support. Our services enabled easy setup of labs with a well-defined standard for patient experience, quality of services and business.
• Accomplishments - Infrastructure-As-A-Service for Labs. Agreements with major medical device manufacturers, scalable LIMS, standardised consumables and services, partners to setup physical labs, augmented medical staff.

Mirable Health is running a state-of-the-art health centre chain with brand name Humain Health and it has presence across all the major cities in the country. Through this business chain, we are providing diagnostics services at home, health centres and even in corporate offices. Our business and operations are backed by cutting-edge technology which makes our services accessible and accurate. These labs are powered by the best-in-class technology and experts to not only provide best-in-class services but also generate rich data to train AI models to personalise our services.
• Accomplishments - 4 reference labs (one with NABL), one each in four major cities - Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad and Chennai. Health care centres in each of these cities. Home collection services in 16 cities. We were able to accomplish it in 16-18 months time.

• At SigTuple Group Of Companies , our vision is to revolutionise the global healthcare industry by providing smart screening solutions, best in class infrastructure and services to make diagnostic services accurate, affordable and accessible for everyone.
• The parent company i.e. SigTuple is focussed in developing intelligent disease screening solutions powered by advancements in robotics, artificial intelligence, image processing and cloud computing. Our inexpensive and state-of-the-art digital scanner powered by deep learning enables us to digitise most of the biological samples and the indigenous cloud-based continuous learning platform hosts the AI models to analyse the digital data and generate a smart report.
• In 2015, it was difficult to get digital images of different biological samples, hence we had to design and develop our own digital scanner which evolved from automatic a manual microscope to a complete device capable of scanning multiple biological samples. In order to standardise the entire process, we also designed automated smearing solution and cartridges.
• We filed more than 2 dozen patents in India and the US and more than a dozen of them were grant. The company was able to raise more than $40 million across four rounds of funding from some well-known angels and VCs. Our solution got the approval for distribution in India after multiple studies and validations.
• Accomplishments - More than a dozen patent grants, approval for distribution in India, awards from Google and NVIDIA, multiple awards from Indian media, publication in major journals, investments to grow the organisation, hiring a team with diverse backgrounds : software engineers, scientists, doctors, hardware engineers, product designers etc.

• India is gifted with artists and different art forms. However, even with the fast growing digital ecosystem, there is a not a single large market place for them to list their products, get them discovered and sell them. On the other hand, for the interested buyers, it is difficult to explore art and creativity of these artists residing in different parts of the country. In order to address this producer-consumer gap, Imagine Valley was created.
• Accomplishments : Got the software product ready, registered artisans from UP, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh but couldn’t scale it due to some constraints.

• Ownership of setting up a new group of Quality Assurance and Software Testing Services for Global Business Service group within American Express. Helped in improvising the quality and testing standards for various applications running on multiple platforms which resulted in reduction of production issues. Contributed to the creation of an automation platform for automating the system integration testing. I took this small assignment to use my experience in software development to setup a COE for QA.
• Accomplishments - A CoE for QA was formed and it started delivering results at the testing stage as well as post software release in a matter of 9 months.
