I am a Consultant at Bain & Company, a top management consulting firm with 50+ offices in 36 countries. We work with top executives to help them make better decisions, convert those decisions to actions and deliver the sustainable success they desire. For more than 40 years, we've been passionate about achieving better results for our clients—results that go beyond financial and are uniquely tailored, pragmatic, holistic and enduring. At Bain, I am based out of the Gurgaon office and have worked on projects in consumer products, supply chain, financial services, consumer tech and industrials space, developing core capabilities in strategy, performance improvement and results delivery. It's been a very exciting start to my career, as I sharpen my skillsets every day in a challenging, meritocratic and most importantly, supportive environment that enables me to thrive, not just survive. Prior to Bain & Company, I graduated with an MBA from IIM Calcutta following a B.Tech in Engineering Physics from IIT Delhi. During my time at these institutes, I was involved in student clubs related to , debating, literary & journalism, and spent time in inter & intra college football competitions.
