• FreshChat (Aug 2018 - Present)
• Moved the complete infrastructure of freshchat to code using terraform. Creation and destruction of a
 Freshchat clone is made one click with terraform and chef scripts. Also added auto-scalability to the feature.
• Wrote a load testing tool for Freshchat using gatling which can generate dynamic customized 
load and scenarios depicting complete user life cycles and scale for any number of users.
• Developed a redis based in house rate limiter for Freshchat APIs.
• Developed Dashboard, Reports and Extract APIs using Spring Framework following Autowiring and HATEOAS principles. This served as am initiative for our monolith to micro service transition.

• 1. Created 4 individual payment fix-up web pages for Kindle devices from scratch and owned its
• complete functionality – Payment Selection, Add card, Billing and shipping address page.
• 2. Reduced the latency of Add Card page by 52% by working on a in-memory cache solution.
