I have established strong relationships with over 10,000 companies across various sectors and domains, and have achieved a 100% placement rate since 2009. I am passionate about helping students find their suitable employment opportunities and providing them with the necessary skills and training to succeed in the corporate world. I am also a member of several professional associations and chapters, such as NIPM, NHRD, and others, where I network with industry experts and professionals. My friendly and approachable nature enables me to foster a supportive and comfortable environment for students, where they can seek guidance, advice, and assistance from me. Currently, I lead the Placement & Training department at ISSM Business School, the top business school in Chennai. I have a proven track record of achieving a 100% placement rate for MBA, engineering, and arts students, by building and maintaining strong relationships with companies from diverse sectors and domains.
