We are empowering IT and business users to create connected products through powerful, efficient, automated and integrated apps.
• In this role I oversaw UX Designers, Researchers and Technical Writers (powering docs.mulesoft.com). I helped scale this organization from 40 people to over 80 in just 18 months.

• With a team of 20 designers we delivered improvements to the Now Design System, our product-wide UI standards and set of re-usable components. New components were introduced in an agile manner, from data visualization components to complex wizards. The visual experience team which I led oversaw all aspects of our product styling and pushed through a massive overhaul of the ServiceNow interface called "Next Experience UI".
• My team's charter included standing up an accessibility practice, working closely with customers to ensure that our design system allowed anyone, no matter their ability, can use ServiceNow products.

• As a member of the GrC advisory board I sought to bring the department's curriculum into the 21st century, with a focus on software and UX design. I mentored dozens of students on portfolio reviews, interviewing techniques and career guidance.

• I led a team of 20 designers and engineers, overseeing all aspects of the experience for GE Digital's industrial IoT platform. This included management of predix.io website (marketing) and portal (control plane). My team owned the design of applications serving data scientists, infrastructure installers, software engineers and business analysts. These experiences were powered by my team's Predix Design System.
• A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, I led the introduction of a new Predix brand into the GE portfolio, culminating with a large customer conference in Las Vegas.
