• Worked on multiple Data Science POCs in the Power Sector to generate value for the organization. As a Project Lead, I have successfully delivered two innovative solutions:
• Video Analytics - I led the development of a Conveyor Monitoring System using DL Algorithms and Computer Vision, which resulted in savings of 20-30 Cr for the organization. This project was recognized as an Innovation Project and was the first in the world to develop conveyor monitoring and control using AI/ML.
• Transmission Line Image Analytics - As the Project Lead, I successfully implemented an Image Analytics Innovative Solution for the Inspection of Transmission Assets using Drone-based complex Images and Object Detection using YOLOv5. This solution is helping Tata Power to perform Image Analysis on Drone Images of thousands of Transmission towers, identifying the early stages of any issue, and reducing the maintenance cost.
• My objective is to identify activities performed by the operator and replace them with AI/ML, which can increase efficiency and reduce costs. I am passionate about finding innovative solutions that can transform the Power Sector and create a positive impact on society.

• Successfully overhauled the Coal Ordering Process of a Power Plant by creating a Mathematical Model using Pyomo and Python. This model helped in reducing the Order cost and saved the organization 10-15 crores.
