• Project: “Virtual Ticket Management ” Company: AT&T
• Description: The Virtual Ticket Management involves analysis on ticket data of AT&T services. Which sources data from BMP and AOTS. The analytics involves to find patterns in ticket resolution life cycle and time to resolve ticket.
• Use cases solved :
• a. Estimating time for a new ticket to reach its next resolution step: It’s a regression problem. Which has been solved with intend pattern recognition using process mining and regression approach of Support vector regression and random forest regression. The ensemble models yielded the better accuracy.
• b. Estimating next milestone for a ticket under resolution: It’s a classification problem . As per the Domain context ticket resolution steps moves in major milestones. The problem has been solved with ensembled classification algorithms.
• Responsibilities:
• 1. Data Processing and Data Cleaning .
• 2. Munging operation on raw data to transform into model consumable data, which are written in python
• 3. Analyzing the use case with proper domain context and Researching on various Machine learning approaches.
• 4. Parameter tuning and validation for better results
• 5. Python Scripts to implement solution approach and deploying.

• Project: “Single Source of Truth [SSOT]”
• Description: The SSOT involves analysis on ticket data of AT&T services, visualization of real-time data analysis, Processing of data from different database.
• Use cases solved :
• Visualizing the real-time data from mongodb using Grafana tool. We are solved different use cases like visualization of root cause vs predicted root cause
• Responsibilities:
• Researching on different GUI open source tools suitable for our requirement.
• Implementing Grafana tool in server .
• Writing queries and creating dashboard for the different user stories.
