Designed and launched new updated dashboard for Pro Traders Fund, a sub-brand of Imagine Innovation, making complex trading interfaces more intuitive for traders, leading to an increase in session times from 2.34 minutes to 3.10 minutes.
Revamped the payment flow of Pro Traders Fund by conducting in-depth user research, analyzing behavioral data and tracking tools to identify pain points. Implemented UX strategies such as user journey mapping and heuristic evaluation, reducing the overall payment process to under 1 minute and increasing conversion rates by over 13% through a more intuitive and streamlined experience.
Currently designing and conducting research on Mobile QR, aimed at helping small merchants in South America easily accept payments via mobile devices.
