As a Product Manager in Google Workspace, I specialize in building and scaling intelligent, high-growth SaaS products. My work includes launching 0-to-1 monetization features that create new, multi-million dollar ($XXM) ARR streams and shipping new enterprise experiences, like Embedded Search, that scale to millions of sites and drive adoption to hundreds of thousands of daily users. I have a deep focus on the craft of generative AI, from owning critical-path features like AI-powered Preset Voiceovers for the launch of Google Vids, to diagnosing user satisfaction issues by analyzing thousands of real-world prompts and authoring new evaluation methodologies from scratch that fundamentally improve model quality and the end-user experience. This passion for scaled impact was honed at Microsoft, where I was a PM for Microsoft Teams. There, I shipped key notification and triage features that directly increased Teams NPS by +0.8 and Elite NSAT by +6 points for a user base of over 350 million. My work has always been at the intersection of user needs and cutting-edge technology, and I was honored to win the Microsoft Imagine Cup (Big Data) and the Microsoft AI for Good Idea Challenge for a novel healthcare solution. I've been building and shipping SaaS applications since I was 13, and I thrive on the challenge of turning a complex technical problem—whether it's an ambiguous user need or a subtle model behavior—into a simple, elegant, and impactful product.

Launched a 0-to-1 monetization feature for Google Sites that created a new multi-million dollar ARR stream for Google Workspace. I owned the initiative from concept to launch, building the initial business case, defining the end-to-end user experience, and driving execution to deliver a feature that exceeded its revenue targets by over 140%.
Led product for multiple critical-path features for the GA launch of Google Vids, a new AI-powered video creation tool. I owned the launch for core V1 features like Preset Voiceovers and also defined the product's long-term adoption strategy.
