• Content Moderation system L1 support : We developed content moderation capabilities for our in-house chatbot product deployed at the client side in the banking industry. This involved designing and implementing features using the GPT-4 Content Moderation API to detect offensive content in real-time, enhancing the overall support experience for L1 support.
• Allaska (Invoice Extractor), I led the development of an intelligent document processing platform. I integrated a GEN-AI module for efficient extraction of unstructured invoice data from Word and PDF files, converting it into a structured Excel format. Leveraging Davinci 003 and prompt engineering, I ensured accurate and efficient data extraction.
• Mail Summarization: This is a POC of Creating an email summarization project using NLP techniques, condensing complex content for efficient communication. Developed a robust summarization algorithm to improve productivity and facilitate quick decision-making, contributing to streamlined communication processes.
