Artist by heart, designer by soul and entrepreneur by choice. I am the Founder and Design Director of Lollypop.Design, a research-driven design studio that is restructuring the way we think about the digital experience. From two people working out of a garage, today, Lollypop is 240 people strong with offices worldwide. Our design studio has created a meaningful impact on millions of people’s lives. Along the way, to reaffirm our impact, our work has garnered national and international recognition and awards. Before Lollypop came to life, I had completed my graduation in Design in India and moved to New Zealand for further studies, after which I continued to work there for a decade. Having been enlightened to the true meaning of design and its power to change the world, I came back to India in an effort to bring the magic home. From the very beginning, art has been a part of my life, and today, after 23 years of dedicating my life to design, I can confidently say that it has made me who I am. My passion lies in spreading the word for effective design and communication, and to this effect, some of the things that keep me going are - Lollypop and its growing global presence. - Mentoring startups who believe in the power of design. - Mentoring young designers who aspire to change the world through design. - To prove to the world that the dominant left and right brain concept is a myth, designers can code and coders can design. - Keeping my body and mind fit, engaged and creative. - Approaching each and every day as a student, never stop learning is my mantra.
