• As a UI/UX Designer at Indus OS, I designed products that empowered regional language speakers in India by providing intuitive and accessible digital experiences. I championed user-centered design to create innovative mobile experiences that catered to the diverse linguistic landscape of India. I spearheaded the design of Indus Messenger, a unique chatbot-driven platform that integrated essential services directly into the smartphone experience, enabling regional language users to effortlessly access information and complete tasks. This involved a comprehensive design process, including user research, iterative prototyping, and meticulous testing, to ensure a seamless and intuitive user journey for first-time smartphone owners.

• Tackled the challenge of motivating hoteliers to provide real-time inventory and rate updates on MakeMyTrip by designing and developing a user-friendly mobile extranet app. Through a deep understanding of hotelier workflows and needs, I transformed data-intensive tasks into intuitive mobile experiences. This resulted in a significant increase in user engagement and content update frequency, directly improving the accuracy and reliability of hotel information on MakeMyTrip's consumer site. Also contributed to the design of the new MakeMyTrip app, focusing on the homepage and user onboarding experience.

• Most part of my internship involved measuring the design impact of a newly launched Washing machine by Samsung in the market. Understanding the consumer durables sector, the competitors and analysing the overall sales data. I conducted interviews with the users and dealers to understand their response to the new design and their aspirations and needs. The other part of the internship required me to do Opportunity mapping for Samsung in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

• Come up with new identity and nomenclature for the studio. The idea was to discard the old name and brand image of M.S. Enterprise which sounded more like an organisation than a design studio. Come with a brand language which the identity of the studio. That is how Rockpile Innovatons came into picture. Handling the logo, the stationary and the visual language of the studio.
• The studio was trying to enter the infrastructure sector by coming up with their first project - a scheme of weekend homes. Preparing flyers and brochures for that project.
