• super.money is a Flipkart group company. Internally transitioned as its first technical member and led technical architecture for all of super.money, comprising of ~40 backend engineers. Key highlights are:
• Lending and Cards
• Designed and built the tech stack in GCP to support lending, cards and payments functions.
• Built a lending stack with which helped scale from 0 to XX million dollar loan disbursals per month.
• Launched lending in Flipkart, Shopsy and Myntra using an app-in-app model.
• Helped generalise the stack to support Credit Card and FD on-boardings.
• Payments and Rewards
• Helped architect a payments stack on top of UPI, which scaled from 0 to 2.5 million transactions DRR.
• Architected a rewards system which included a rewards processing layer, wallet for cash backs and redemption flows.
• Platforms
• Built a CRM system which supported journey based nudges for lending.
• Built a system which can ingest SMS data, process insights and serve it at low latency.
• Conceptualised a cohort management system which could create, manage and refresh user defined cohorts using all of the data available across use cases.

• Led architecture for two teams - Common Ingestion Platform, which is a layer which transported entities from a normalised entity management system to denormalised serving stores and Product Listing Ads, which is the system responsible for operating listing ads on search pages on Flipkart.
• Took the Common Ingestion Platform to greater heights by architecting platform features which helped in better reliability and cost efficiency. Led solutioning and development of many functional features in PLA. Across the two teams, owned sale / event readiness of systems, DC migrations and BCP readiness.

• Architected and built a system capable of generating millions of creatives for fulfilling critical Flipkart pages like homepage, category pages, browse page, etc. This project won the Flipkart Innovation Award for 2021.

• Worked on systems responsible for constructing and serving critical Flipkart pages like homepage, category pages, search and browse page, etc. while optimising for user experience and business objectives.

• Built a system responsible for serving discovery content on critical Flipkart pages like homepage, category pages, search and browse pages, etc. Introduced the first version of an ML model to rank contents on Homepage.

• Worked with the Data Protection Group to develop and maintain data backup and restore solutions for Clustered Data ONTAP, NetApp's proprietary storage operating system. Improved performance of incremental restore algorithm by an order of magnitude in certain key use cases.
• Successfully filed a patent for a new data backup and restoration approach.
