I am currently leading WeDoGood, a social startup which works with social organizations to amplify their impact. India's social sector faces a number of challenges that impede growth, one of which is scarce talent pool. We aim to bridge this gap by connecting organizations with skilled individuals. Individuals volunteering through our platform get to work on challenging, practical and high impact problems and get a unique chance to hone their skillsets. I was responsible for leading data-driven consulting engagements across sectors like Retail, CPG, Airlines, FI and Restaurants through Test and Learn. In my last 6 years of experience, I worked with more than 40 clients spread across 6 continents and 30+ countries. More details below. I am also a mountaineer, an adventure enthusiast and a backpack traveler. I have completed 25+ week long treks, backpacked to 9 countries and enjoyed activities like biking, skiing, rafting, diving etc. I also love playing board games every weekend. Associated with a division of Mastercard Advisors called APT Test & Learn, where we enable businesses to solve complex problems using big data. APT is a SaaS-based analytics tool acquired by Mastercard that focuses on measuring cause & effect relationships to prioritise, optimise and value initiatives.
Responsibilities :
Client Leadership: Led several client partnerships spanning six continents and 30+ countries; clients include a few fortune 500s. I was also involved with a few sales processes, conducted successful proofs of concept, went through renewal processes and ensured value for the client.
Training and Team Building: Was one of the first hires in India and played an instrumental role in building the team from 2 to 30+ members. Responsible for the initial Test and Learn journey for 20+ launchers.
Data Science: Led overhaul of the analytic framework for the Test & Learn software for several projects
Analytics: Co-analyzed various initiatives along with clients to identify actionable insights for the business
Product: Member of the team that kickstarted the integration of Mastercard data into the platform

FIs – Led project for CSO & CPO that includes acquisition optimisation, retention strategies, loyalty, debts, open banking, and crypto strategies.
Restaurant – Led project for Chief Marketing Officer, which prioritised remodels, evaluated product rollout, and recommended network infill strategy.
Retail – Led projects for Pricing & Strategy lead, including a couponing strategy, developing a pricing framework, and optimising store hours and production.
CPGs – Oversaw aisle-restructuring and pricing project for Category Head
Airlines– Managed projects like Route optimisation, lounge program experimentation, promotional campaign and strategy
