Anmol Mallick, PSPO™, PSM™ — Product Manager
🚀 Currently pursuing my Master’s in Engineering Management at Duke University, I’m on the Product Management and Entrepreneurship track — where I combine business acumen with engineering insight to build the next wave of customer-centric products. Alongside, I’m working part-time in a tech consulting role to stay close to real-world problem-solving while expanding my lens across industries. Prior to Duke, I spent almost 4 years leading digital product initiatives at Shell in their retail and mobility division, owning 0→1 product builds for pricing and operations. I thrived at the intersection of experimentation, tech, and impact - from launching MVPs to scaling product adoption across international markets. Whether it was revamping pricing strategies or deploying automation to boost efficiency, my approach was always grounded in rapid learning and iteration. My foundation in engineering and rich exposure to cross-functional roles — spanning product, operations, design, and analytics — have shaped me into a systems thinker who’s comfortable wearing many hats. Be it managing stakeholders across time zones or translating customer pain points into feature backlogs, I bring a developers mindset and a bias for action. Outside the classroom and workplace, I actively learn and invest in real estate, e-commerce, and private equity to broaden my market instincts. These spaces excite me because they reflect how people live, spend, and evolve - and at their core, they reveal patterns of human behavior and decision-making. 🎾 Off the screen, I’m a racquet sports enthusiast (tennis and badminton), an F1 nerd, a golf beginner, and a self-taught home chef since moving to the U.S. 📬 Always open to collaborate, build, or brainstorm - especially if you’re working at the edge of tech, business, or experience design.
