• I Have been working on DSM(Data Security Manager) product infrastructure which includes taking care of Build server, Jenkins: CICD pipeline, Troubleshooting Infra servers, Patching software upgrades (OpenSSL, OpenSSH, kernel, bind, NSS, JVM, etc )
• This Product is a complete package of ISO which includes DSM product. it helps customers to securely maintain certificates and keys on various platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, OVA, and HSM.
• My responsibilities include making sure the latest ISO with all cross-platform OVA's and Cloud Images should be ready by end of every sprint. All this process is automated in bash scripting.
• Recently I have automated XEN (bash) and Azure (Windows PowerShell) Image creations.
• I have attended 8-10 days of Azure online training which was arranged by the company itself. it was happening daily for 4-5 hrs and it happens to be the knowledgeable session on azure.
• I have been helping other teams as well sometimes related to AWS etc. tasks
• I have been prompt to my team which works in SJ USA as I am working the evening-night shift most of the time.
• Weekly work status shared with India Manager on Slack and email and With SJ USA peers twice a week on scrum call.

• Have been handling complete urban-company infrastructure which includes responsibilities from previous roles as well and leading/helping SD1 and SD2 during tasks. Shares Updates with manager/vp on weekly basis.
• Planning Infrastructure Work Monthly and Quarterly basis and act accordingly.
• Saved a good amount of AWS cost by implementing cost-saving initiatives during COVID-19 [March 2020 - May 2020].

• We have grown in the last 2 years with 300+ servers on AWS. It includes maximum linux servers (amazon linux AMI and ubuntu OS). handles provisioning of servers, setting infra for different applications and server access management etc.
• i have worked on several projects to build system where it requires to make things automate via bash scripting like automation of nginx deployment within complete urbanclap aws infra, revert deployment in production incase it gets broken due to any issue using aws cli commands, bash script and jenkins(single-revert-click-deployment) EM's and Senior Engineers have given access for the same, pre-warming of servers requires when placement of new deployment containers didn't get space in ecs cluster due to less servers. This script will run side by side and increase the number of servers and new deployment containers start deploying without waiting for servers to boot.
• We have set up cloudflare in front of urbanclap.com which is securing our infra from many attacks like DDOS etc. Also blocking of ip's is easy using firewall tools.
• I have build few tools for the developers like to check the docker containers log like spot-logs(bash script) which requires their branch as input, server ip and log name they want to see, search-container-id/kill-container-id, databases-read-and-write-only-access(time-based), production-server-access(time-based).
• Docker containers troubleshooting incase deployment is breaking in any environment. This includes seeing docker container logs, logging into the docker container itself, starting a new container from an image manually from which faulty container was started in the first place.
• working on cost optimisation every month where I share monthly billing of aws infra with the team(upper management) and where cost went high and due to which reasons and what would be the action steps to reduce this if we can, working on infra security, created separate dev vpc for developer testing.
