To the valiant scroller internet surfer, give some rest your fingers & eyes, take a deep breath and scroll down. The year was 2015 when my parents were moved by two Bollywood documentaries, Wake Up Sid & Baghban, to encash their future investment (yours’s truly) into the corporate world. I ventured into the corporate world as a simple accountant, learning the ways of bookkeeping & assets evaluation which gave me a frontline exposure to various industries. This slowly piqued my interest into the domain of Human Resources which was new and interesting. Thus, I started off my journey into People Function from humble beginnings as an intern in a small tech startup to currently being a part of the People and Culture Team of one of the most exciting organisations in the Insuretech Industry!!
