• As an Associate at Satram Dass B & Co., I had the privilege of working under the guidance of Mr. Siddharth Batra, Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India. This opportunity provided me with invaluable insights into the legal profession and enhanced my skills as a lawyer. My roles and responsibilities included the following:
• Drafting:
• A significant part of my role involved drafting various legal documents, including but not limited to SLPs and Writs. With a focus on Indian legal standards and practices, I ensured precision and accuracy in every document prepared.
• Preparation and Briefing:
• At the firm, I was also assigned to preparing legal matters, conducting thorough research, and compiling relevant case information.
• Client Meetings and Relationship Management:
• Handling client meetings was a vital aspect of my role. I actively engaged with clients to understand their concerns and objectives, fostering strong relationships based on trust and respect.
• Corporate Agreements:
• In addition to my litigation work, I played a pivotal role in the corporate side of the firm. I was extensively involved in drafting and reviewing agreements for various corporate clients, including contracts, partnerships, and other legal documents essential for their business operations.
