My role as a Knowledge Management lead for SAP Customer Experience Program involves planning, leading and implementing the organisation’s Knowledge Management Strategy and ensuring that the information needs of the organisation are met in a timely, effective and efficient manner. The success of my job is measured by ensuring that all systems supporting Knowledge Management work in an integrated fashion and are appropriately supported and developed to guarantee a high and continuing level of efficiency benefit to the organisation. Other than overseeing the management of information within the organisation, I am involved in providing a strategic view on the further development of knowledge management systems and practices to support the development of the organisation into the future. I work closely with the technical teams to ensure technical as well as business knowledge is captured in the right tools to create an integrated and centralised knowledge solution. I am involved in designing Knowledge Management solution in both SAP and non-SAP implementations which involves developing and deploying best practice, in order to sustain the capability of the organisation.
