• List personalisation, which enables Myntra to showcase highly relevant products, personalised to each visitor on list pages. Quite unique in its offering, it positively impacts customer experience of millions of visitors on a daily basis, contributing to a sustained incremental revenue of around 3% to the platform. Envisioned and drove the effort end-to-end, right from algorithm design to delivering scalable production systems.
• Knowledge discovery product that helped sales and merchandising teams to better understand product discovery at an aggregate level and take corrective actions as and when necessary.
• Conceptualised key data abstractions and built related data infrastructure that powered multiple data products across the team. The data volume runs into tens of terabytes on the amazon cloud.
• Logistics data products - customer promise, customer returns, inventory management and RTO prediction.
• Pricing data products - portfolio, dynamic and personalised pricing.
