• Designed and implemented a Deep Dive analytics feature in the survey platform, enabling HR and leaders to drill down from org-level scores to team and individual-level drivers by slicing data (hierarchy, demographics, question n theme), dramatically reducing manual analysis effort.
• Solved the client problem of manually sifting through thousands of qualitative comments by integrating Amazon Bedrock LLM services to automatically generate human-readable insights from raw survey responses, and designing a vector-embedding–based matching pipeline to map each user response to the right category/insight with high precision, making previously unused qualitative data actionable within the platform.
• Built Action Planning feature with AI-powered suggestions and focus area identification, enabling
• managers to convert survey insights into trackable improvement plans. Implemented full lifecycle tracking and an HR dashboard for monitoring managers’ action planning engagement, completion rates, and performance scores across teams.
• Led active PR and design reviews, setting engineering standards, mentoring peers on best practices, and ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
• Optimized critical APIs by identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks (e.g., N+1 queries, inefficient lazy loading, over-fetching), reducing response times.
• Delivered custom data for client requirements, including LQ (Leadership Quotient) report that
• processes survey data from CSV, performs statistical calculations(quartiles, global averages, competency scoring), and generates personalized PowerPoint reports for each manager.
