As a data analyst, I have worked within the product development team, applying AI and data analytics skills. Here's a breakdown of my contributions:
I created over 10+ PySpark transformation functions for the SEDGE Product.
I developed time series forecasting models for the SEDGE Product, starting from data extraction and extending to forecasting future periods.
a) For a deeper understanding of visual analytics in time series analysis (TSA), I created the following components using Python: Resampling methods (Up or Down sampling), Seasonal Decomposition (Trend, Seasonality, Residual), Stationarity checks (Rolling statistics, ADF Test, KPSS Test, Granular Casualty Test, Co-integration Test), ACF & PACF plots.
b) I developed time series algorithms for the SEDGE product, including Simple Exponential Smoothing, AR, MA, Holt-Winters, ARIMA, SARIMA, Auto-ARIMA, VAR, VARMA, FB-Prophet, and RNN-LSTM models.
c) I employed various error metrics for TSA evaluation, including MAPE, MAE, RMSE, and MSE.
I created APIs for Image OCR (using pytesseract), PDF OCR, and Google Image OCR to convert images into text output.
