I'm a developer with a passion for building scalable, usable, and occasionally downright delightful software systems. With over 5 years of experience turning clean code into clean experiences, I’m driven by the craft of solving real-world problems through thoughtful engineering. Currently, I’m a Senior Software Developer at Genesys in Toronto, working in the Quality Management (QM) team within the WEM (Workforce Engagement Management) product suite. My focus is on building powerful tools like Evaluations, Surveys, and Assessment Forms that help contact center agents and supervisors track performance, capture customer insights, and visualize progress over time. In other words, I help people get better at helping people. Over the years, I’ve built and scaled production systems using: - Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI) on the backend - ReactJS and JavaScript on the frontend - AWS infrastructure, with certifications as both a Developer Associate and Solutions Architect 🔭 What’s next? I’m excited to keep growing in roles that challenge me across system architecture, scalability, and the thoughtful use of emerging technologies like AI and LLMs. I'm especially drawn to work that has real-world impact—whether in customer experience, developer platforms, automation, or entirely new domains I haven't explored yet.
