• Augmentation Loop is the heart of Office Intelligence. It connects all the Office clients with all the intelligent services via standardized input output options and lets the components of the Office world connect seamlessly with each other. The service has 3 million requests per second on a daily basis.
• I am part of the Service Excellence team, handling planet scale changes for our service, dealing with COGS and trying to save money for the company by implementing new technologies off the shelf. I also collaborate with our partners for keeping our service compliant and safe, bringing the Microsoft Trust into your daily Office products.

• Well I am one of the engineers in the team behind this cool thing. I work on supporting new scenarios based on customer usage data. I work mostly on middle tier with C++ and C# and make use of ML models.
