• At the Grab Digibank Initiative (GXS), I had the privilege of leading, designing, and developing various projects that significantly advanced innovative financial solutions.
• Flexi Credit Card: I led a team of engineers in the development and delivery of Singapore’s first and only credit card that charges a flat fee instead of revolving interest. The GXS FlexiCard is designed for consumers who are new to credit or who often struggle to access credit products due to a lack of credit bureau history. It enables customers to choose their repayment dates, offers multiple payment modes, and provides instant cashbacks for eligible transactions.

• 1. Retail Loan Management Services: I contributed to the design and development of a Loan Management Service that manages the lifecycle of a revolving credit line. This service provides customers with the flexibility to withdraw and repay funds as needed. Additionally, it features customizable options such as changes to repayment dates, limit adjustments, payment holidays, and interest savings. This project demanded keen insight into customer needs and financial product design, and I am thrilled to have been part of a team that delivered a solution enhancing customer experience and promoting better financial management.
• 2. In-house Loan Origination System: I contributed to the design and development of an in-house Loan Origination System for GXS Bank's Flexi Loan product. This system evaluates applicants' creditworthiness by analyzing diverse data points from users, credit bureaus, and other ecosystems. The project required an in-depth understanding of financial systems and credit evaluation processes. I am proud to have played a crucial role in creating a tool that optimizes GXS Bank's lending process, making it more efficient for both the bank and its customers.

• At Grab Digibank Initiative (GXS), I had the opportunity to work on several projects and contribute to the development of innovative financial solutions. Here are some of my key projects:
• 1. Transaction History Service: I was responsible for designing and developing the Transaction History service. This service was designed to provide real-time transactional activities to the customers. My role involved understanding the customer requirements, designing the system architecture, and developing the service. I worked closely with the testing team to ensure that the service was reliable and met all the required standards of performance.
• 2. Transaction Statement Service: I worked on designing and developing the Transaction Statement service. This service was responsible for generating monthly statements for customers and serving them. My role involved understanding the customer requirements, designing the system architecture to ensure at-scale generation of monthly statements.
• 3. Interbank and Intrabank Transaction Reconciliation Framework: I also had the opportunity to build the Interbank and Intrabank Transaction Reconciliation Framework. This framework was responsible for collating all transactions and generating reports highlighting mismatches if any. My role involved designing the framework and developing the system.

• 2. Housing Virtual Live Tour
• Designed and developed a monetised product offering for brokers to showcase live tours of properties to customers virtually during the COVID-19 pandemic.
• Developed features such as the ability for builders and brokers to conduct webinars and run promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement.
• Collaborated with the product team to ensure seamless integration of the live tour service into the platform.
• Continuously monitored user feedback and worked on implementing improvements to enhance the user experience.
