• I owned and built the business critical services which are instrumental in productivity of Risk Ops team. Developed Global data Service to align with broader globalisation program goals and make the risk systems ready for global store adoption.
• Along with undertook the migraton of application review from legacy system to new native solution which lead to TaT reduction of 7 hours/month for Ops team. Along with this, migrated the automated email notification to new native propertiery solution which lead to reduction of configuring new email templates for workflows from 10 days to <5 days. Received multiple accolades from the Ops team for the same. Trained the SDE2s in the team on developer setup of Investigation tool to start developing features on it.
