• Ashwa Racing is a Formula Student Project from Bangalore, India that designs, fabricates and tests Formula-style prototypes in the combustion, hybrid, and electric segments. The team has had successive podium finishes at Formula Hybrid USA in the years 2017-19, and has now diversified into concept passenger autonomous vehicles. My contributions to the project are:
• ▪ Perception, SLAM, and ongoing integration of sensors and actuators for autonomous electric vehicle prototype
• ▪ Design, simulation and analysis of in-vehicle CAN network using the CANoe tool by Vector Informatik
• ▪ Prototyping ADAS systems for driver alertness and urban traffic-sensitive path planning
• ▪ Understanding the McLaren ATLAS software in the context of the Formula Student Hybrid event and
• streaming sensor data from prototype for analysis
• ▪ Sponsorship and marketing for the project, establishing long-term technical partnerships with companies
• ▪ Website development and design of promotional material for the team and presentations for corporate sponsorship
• ▪ Scripting for Google Sheets automation for finances and resource allocation within the team
