My name is Raushan Kumar and I am from Bihar. I have completed my B.Tech in Information Technology from IIIT Una in 2022. Over the past two years, I have been actively doing competitive coding and have achieved impressive global rankings in Codechef and Codeforces. I have also solved more than 900 problems on Leetcode. Now I have developed good problem solving skills and I'm still working to enhance my problem solving skills. I constantly participate in coding competitions that take place on Codechef, Codeforces, and LeetCode. I go by the username "raushan303" on these sites. Apart from coding, I have also been doing web development for around two years. I have worked on various team projects, including an Educational Web App and an e-learning platform. I have also interned at Antwalk, Upstox and Haptik. While working as an Intern at Upstox I Contributed to Back-Office Portal It helped various teams across Upstox to execute and actively monitor the back office processes running so that they can be completed on time (before market hours) While working as an Intern at Haptik worked with the Agent Chat team which was primarily responsible for developing a web app for agents to improve the user experience. Built AI Agent Assist from scratch. It gives agents an edge when using Zendesk to address user queries after the chat has been handed over to them from the bot. It helps the agents respond to users in a faster manner. This helps improve customer experience, and also saves a lot of time. Currently, I am working as a Frontend Engineer L1 at Haptik with the Proactive Messaging Team. This feature gives brands an option to send bulk notifications to their customers on Whatsapp. I've implemented several features, including IP Whitelisting, Creating Visual UI for how templates will look on Whatsapp. I have also been taking on full-stack projects, including creating an admin tool for generating reports which provided crucial insights into notification counts and associated costs across all brands utilizing our WhatsApp notification services My set of technical skills includes React.js, JavaScript, Redux, TypeScript, and Cypress.
