• I oversaw the AWS Builder Tools space in the APAC region and led Software Test Automation at Amazon. My organization consisted of software developers who developed frameworks and services to enable software development teams to improve product quality through testing and feedback throughout the software lifecycle. We focused on making best practices the path of least resistance, ensuring our tools were automated, intelligent, and ubiquitous, and automatically performing actions on behalf of software engineers wherever possible.
• Site Leadership - Identified a critical opportunity to expand AWS's global footprint, successfully proposing and leading the establishment of a new development site in Sydney, Australia. Drove the entire site build-out for Builder Tools, including strategic planning and staffing.

• Strategic and Tactical Software Operations - Analyzed testing gaps across Amazon, then built and executed strategic and tactical plans to raise availability, reduce service costs, and ensure the right operational bar was met for all Amazon and AWS services.
• Software Solution Architect - Performed technical reviews for new software platforms, enabling teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Product Management - Created strategic vision documents for long and short-term goals, including planning and estimation. Set organization and company-level goals, established metrics and tracking mechanisms to ensure targets were met, and proved ROI on current and future work to secure funding and staffing for projects.
