• established a robust team to do-away with the previous ad-hoc operations mode by recruiting more volunteers to serve as an exhaustive and self-reliant team. We enriched the new-members with our own experiences and let them take charge of individual responsibilities with minimal intervention but close supervision and guidance. This led to a strong organisation achieving 10x results than before.
• led a tremendously successful online marketing campaign with creative posts and engaging events. Facebook analytics were used carefully to time and curate content based on user likelihood. Result - Likes on fb page shot up by 200% and ever-increasing traffic on posts as well as increased foot-fall in the fest (PFA screenshots)
