• Identified and addressed fragmented telecom integrations across the org; created a central communication platform and acted as the single POC for all third-party vendor coordination and roadmaps
• Optimized infra to cut communication costs through implementing fallback vendors and optimizing traffic distribution based on organizational demand
• Reduced vendor/flow onboarding time by developing reusable provider interfaces, multi-tenant support, and client-specific routing across SMS, email, WhatsApp, and call services, which enabled smooth onboarding of Blinkit, Hyperpure and District onto unified code flows

• Led the IOOS project (enabling order modification post-placement), aimed at reducing ~3K daily rejected orders. Responsible for coordinating with key stakeholders in order management, driving solution decisions, and ensuring timely project delivery
• Contributed significantly to migrating the merchant order flow from a monolith to a Golang based microservice, leveraging Dependency Injection, Kafka-based event propagation, and DynamoDB; moved res-user order count logic to the service, achieving 20k RPM reads at <10ms latency and reducing load on the master RDS; built ETL pipelines to migrate lifetime user order data
• Revamped merchant order history by adding ratings, KPT filters, and download as CSV support. Built a BFF API gateway with Sushi components for this upgrade, now reused across all new partner app / dashboard features.
