• Leading the Server Driven UI(SDUI) platform team in PayPal. Our goal with SDUI is to:
• Have a scalable & more reusable framework for experience development across the company.

• Completely remodeled the frontend mobile site to use latest technlogies like React, Redux, Webpack etc. The new mobile site was saw a decrese in bounce rate and increase in Page Views/Visit.
• Implemented PWA on the product discovery pages using different caching stratergies. On an average we had a 50% decrease in load times on service worker enabled pages. This lead to a improved user experience and an increase in overall conversion.
• I am well aware of the Importance of data tracking and hence was very keen on getting things right in terms of tracking. Integrated Adobe Analytics/DTM on our site.
• Was actively involved in improving the SEO of our site and for that we implemented AMP. We replicated all the functionalities on our AMP PDP page that were available on our normal pages like search auto suggest, Add to cart, Buy Now, Variant Selection etc. Load time on AMP powered product details pages got reduced by 70%. Having established benefits of AMP, we served AMP pages not only to organic search users but for users coming to PDP from PLP & search listings too. For traffic coming from Organic Search, 29% jump in conversion was observed on AMP powered Product pages vis a vis Non-AMP pages.
• Beacuse of the team's effort our company logo was presented at Google AMPConf 2018 as a great example of an eCommerce AMP implementation among other global industry leaders in web innovation.

• Remodeled the Desktop website and moved it to a frontend framework that used Vanilla JS and had webpack integarted in the build process for optimized JS delivery. The frontend connected with the backend through REST API's. The excisting code was on a framework which was not fronend optimized and was time consuming for the developer's to work on.
• By moving to the new code architecture we were able to ship features out quickly. Also we were able to provide our users with better UI/UX which in turn helped us decrease the bounce rate of our site by 30%. The page load times also improved significantly and hence we were able to get better conversion.
• Worked on SEO improvement and integarting data analytics like GA and Adobe DTM.
