• ARP aims to provide a platform to share knowledge with the entire IIT Roorkee campus by experienced senior along with hands-on experience in becoming a faculty’s teaching assistant and getting a chance to act as a guide for first-year students.

• The Student Mentorship Program is an initiative under the aegis of the Dean of Students’ Welfare, IIT Roorkee, that aims to foster healthy senior-junior interaction to make transition into campus-life easier for the incoming freshmen. SMP aims to guarantee prompt adjustment of freshmen with the institute culture by in-person interaction with experienced senior year students which makes opportunities more accessible to them and fosters their personality development.

• The National Social Summit, organized under the aegis of National Service Scheme, IIT Roorkee, is a resolution to come together and discuss technical solutions to socio-economic problems persisting in India. The primary objective of Social Summit Model United Nations Conference 2021, on the theme - “Envisioning Better Healthcare Evolution” , is to provide a platform for the delegates to identify solutions, by negotiation and consensus, on which the majority of countries can agree.

• iGEM (International Genetically Engineered Machine) is the world’s largest Synthetic Biology Competition organised every year by Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston, USA. It aims at solving world’s greatest problems with the help of Synthetic Biology.
• 1. Managed and coordinated all the HP and PE activities as a part of competition
• 2. Responsible for planning and execution of Integrated Human practices concerning the project
• 3. Responsible for conducting the relevant science communication and public engagement
• 4. Worked towards promoting the Synbio culture at IIT Roorkee

• The National Social Summit is a resolution to come together and propose technical solutions to the country’s socio-economic problems. Our tagline, “Curing Indifferences” revolves around providing a common platform to NSS chapters and other socially active groups in IITs and other prestigious institutions as well as NGOs, to collaborate and discuss the possibility of working towards the betterment of the society by sensitizing people about the pertaining problems, in an integrated way.

• The primary objective of Social Summit Model United Nations Conference 2020 is to work around the theme "Rebuilding Nature Through Innovation", and justify the discussions on "Protection of Environment in Armed Conflicts”. The Conference aimed at fostering the intellectual skills of delegates and defining how to live in a world where diplomacy rules.
