• Prototyped and deployed gRPC Java micro-services for storing and recommending various common/personalized Offers to customers, which creates shopping ease, builds the basket, and drives conversion.
• Improved performance of a high TPS micro-service for recommending eligible products for a given Offer, by reducing response time by 50% and resulting in faster personalized Promo experience for guests.
• Re-designed application to ingest Offer metadata from multiple Kafka streams/Target Bigdata tables, aggregate them into a meaningful format and build our Offer database system, to serve real-time data to guest-facing partner teams.
• Migrated sources-of-truth for Target Circle Offers to improve guest conversion rate by recommending relevant Offers.

• Designed, implemented and deployed a metrics instrumentation framework in Java for emitting Data-Quality (Cache-Hit) and Operational (Latency, TPS and Error-Rate) metrics, which helped to save time and effort of partner teams in the AdTech space.
