I’m a software engineer and systems nerd - passionate about databases, distributed systems, and elegant backend architectures. I’ve spent the half-a-decade building and scaling systems at startups and large tech companies, leading teams, owning core infra, and driving 0→1 product journeys. I currently lead the backend team for 1Weather at InMobi, serving 40M+ monthly active users. In the past, I’ve contributed to fintech, big data, and credit systems - helping shape products that now handle thousands of crores in scale and impact. I love working at the intersection of system reliability, developer tooling, and platform thinking. I’m also passionate about writing. My technical blog explores systems, databases, and internal architectures, and has seen 300K+ readers globally. Outside of work - I build. Constantly. I’ve shipped over 80+ personal projects, most of them open source. Some solve real problems, some are just joyfully useless experiments. Some of my favorites are Cringe Guard (AI tool to blur cringe posts on LinkedIn in realtime) and turning my 10-year-old tablet into a digital photo frame. I track data points around my life - workouts, food, sleep, and even my bike - because I love quantifying things. My personal trackers are also open-sourced.
