• 1. Led the support experience team of 8 engineers in automating the process of uplifting the crypto withdrawal ban for users. This initiative significantly reduced the average ticket resolution time from 30 days to under a week.
• 2. Created a comprehensive dashboard from scratch for the customer support team to monitor and review account takeover incidents. The dashboard provided an extensive view of user activity event tracking, enhancing the team's ability to respond effectively to security issues.

• Part of the backend Learner Experience team handling the journey of learner on Unacademy web/app.
• 1. Created Ads and promotions to be shown in live classes.
• 2. Created the Streak micro-service showing the learners their streak and daily goals.
• 3. Created micro-service which shifted heavy rpm API's from monolith. This resulted in the tremendous drop in latency of api's.
• 4. Created new micro-service for new home page of Unacademy App. The service is designed in such way that it can be easily scalable without any code changes.
• 5. Lead the project to revamp the Practice page for learners in app. It resulted in major jump in practice adoption.
