• I am leading the design team of SDSLabs (sdslabs.co), a student-run technological society where designers and developers work closely to ideate and create innovative products. As a designer, it's my role to convert those ideas into meaningful products by researching, interviewing, designing and prototyping, and deploying with developers' help. I have successfully shipped seven products for end users in the past three years.

• Designed the first touchscreen pilot interface for the CPDLC application with a special focus on reducing cognitive load and minimising errors. Conducted A/B test on the designs (comparing with designs of A380 aircraft) on vibrating seat with the touch-screen to simulate turbulence.

• Assisted an exploratory study into mid-market customers with a special focus on onboarding experience due to low (8.72%) conversion rates. Interviewed 18 merchants and analysed their payment habits, choices, business needs, mental models and pain points.

• HevoData is end to end data pipeline platform. Identified key drop-off instances in pipeline creation flow and designed CSAT Feedback tool for user insights at these instances. Also, redesigned the dashboard for pipeline activation for an intuitive understanding of statistics with an emphasis on failures in data pipelines. I even contributed to developing a new design system for the company.

• Exikonnect is a 3D RPG-style virtual expo experience implemented using Unreal Engine 4. I ideated, designed and implemented the ecosystem, animation, graphics and controls in the expo that mimic real-life interactions.

• Powerplay is a communication and collaboration platform for the construction industry. Examined and conducted usability analysis of the existing product for seamless user experience with the help of various tools and metrics. Worked on the onboarding module and increased interaction of users on the application by introducing a dashboard, attendance module and feed. Collaborated with the founding team to lay the foundations of key features for the application with 500k+ downloads on the playstore currently.
