• Initiated user research and identified the biggest driving factor that adds value to the user ie; trust and personal touch. As a result, propelled the initiation of free doctor consultation which resulted in a 52% increment in repeat customers and a 15% increment in the recommended customers.
• Identified that 32% of the existing medlife users are creating order through the web application, so we initiated the 1st phase design of a unified web platform for elevated browsing experience.
• In the view of providing end to end customer experience, I also initiated looking into delivery/last-mile experience, which led to the collaborated effort of 2hrs express delivery in a scalable system. To achieve that we also looked into the fulfillment center and the process design. With this, we were able to target the acute patient sector of the market, which drives approximately 30% of the medlife business.

Our primary challenge was to create a foot pressure analysis device that helped in assembling the most suitable fit for the customers. We achieved total sales of 60,000 shoes through online platforms.
