Currently, I am working as a Frontend Engineer at IBM, where I contribute to the development of a large-scale cross-platform banking application. My work involves building user interfaces from scratch based on Figma designs, integrating RESTful APIs, and managing state with Redux to deliver seamless and scalable experiences. I have contributed to the cards module (credit, debit, and NCMC cards) as part of a team, enhancing usability and customer experience, and also led a small team in delivering the LAD module, where I guided UI architecture, API integration, and on-time delivery under tight deadlines. In addition, I focus heavily on performance optimization-streamlining data flow, reducing re-renders, and improving runtime efficiency, which has resulted in over 35% faster load times and around 15% fewer UI-related bugs, ensuring a more responsive and reliable application for end users. I hold a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra, where I built a strong foundation in software development and performance optimization, with a consistent focus on data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving to write efficient, scalable code. Outside of work, I’ve deployed full-stack projects like a music discovery app, a GPT-powered movie recommender, and a personal expense tracker using React, Redux Toolkit, Firebase, and third-party APIs, strengthening my practical skills and product thinking.
