i am a young 21 year old entrepreneur, who is pursuing his dream of contributing something in the practical world ,with his creativity. my name is Shreeyanshu Kesarwani ,i run a consultancy firm named Shreeva soft-tech innovations private limited ,we are working towards developing and delivering automation driven tech products since january 2021,we the founders who started our passion driven journey since 2017 ,were tech enthusiasts who were inspired to do some great work in technology in the direction of its progression towards being more user experience & data intelligence driven,decide to establish this tech consultancy firm. With an interest of working on ground with entrepreneurs like us working in various different sectors carrying dreams and vision but getting burdened by the operational inefficiencies and limitations with resources and research to work towards plans of progression and expansion of their enterprise or concept and through these 3 years of being a service provider we stumbled upon so many bootstrapped and inspired entrepreneurs and their stories ,where in some cases we worked with clients from the point of conceptualization and launch to some cases where we worked with clients where they were already at scale up stage and were working towards constructing a more operationally sound system for the organisation to make it stable enough withstand all the turbulence through different phases of expansion. we worked on projects relative to different sectors including food processing ,fmcg ,hospitality ,healthcare, lifestyle oriented jewellery and apparels industry,lifestyle specific service providing businesses like saloons & laundromats and also fintech sector ,where we worked on a payment wallet application using AEPS & UPI based services ,through our wide experiences we dealt with clients of different scales and cities ,from tier 3 cities like prayagraj in uttar pradesh to tier 1 cities like jaipur or delhi. And in these 3 years we specifically matured our R&D and services in specific sectors like F&B and hospitality ,where we developed our cloud based billing pos system named “vrajera” ,also through our thorough research we developed some interesting projects relative to lifestyle specific service based businesses like laundromats ,where we developed slot booking oriented pickup and dropoff application to complicated booking engines,ticketing softwares and also full scale automation projects.
