• Enhanced assessment integrity for customers by implementing near-real-time alerting for question leakage, reducing the median question refresh time in product from 6.8 days to 15 minutes (99.8% reduction).
• Developed a feature to notify customers about questions potentially solvable by LLMs, enhancing integrity by identifying issues undetected by the in-house plagiarism detection service.
• Researched and prototyped an LLM-based scoring methodology, offering more contextual summaries and meaningful insights into candidates' skills, such as time complexity and code readability, beyond traditional test case scoring.
• Conducted interviews for SDE II and SDE III positions, mentored interns, and successfully facilitated their conversion to full-time roles.
