• Managing requirement gathering, System analysis and finalization of technical / functional specifications
• Defining best practices for Project Support and gathering
• Expertise in working with tools such as Intertest and Endeavour.
• Designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting and debugging of the applications

• Creation of whole test environment, technical and functional assistance to DB2 activities done in testing regions
• Ensured SLAs were met and serve as point of escalation.
• Continuous support through on call to our application.
• Develop prototypes, if applicable, or identify potential source products and present.
• Develop or update documentation needed for the successful deployment, operation, support and ongoing maintenance of the application.
